Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, an interest in people and their behaviour, adequate numerical skills, organisational and problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.  A keen sense of responsibility and a constructive attitude to the company and to colleagues. University degree or equivalent. Min. 1-2 years experience on a Junior Research Executive position.

Key responsibilities involve:

• Designing the research instruments (questionnaires, discussion guides, sampling plans, etc)
• Preparation of research proposals/ costings, reports and presentations
• Handling presentations with good presentation skills
• Managing Projects
• Mindful of costs/profits on jobs
• Actively contributing to and sharing team experiences
• Handling client accounts, seeking innovations, looking for new clients
• Handling specialist software
• Learning to handle client and colleague enquiries competently
• Communicating relevant information accurately and in a timely manner
• Assisting direct manager in sales and PR activities
